Equipe MT – Healthcare Talent Management Platform

– Designed and developed a full-stack talent acquisition and management platform for Equip MT, targeting healthcare professionals including doctors, specialists, and technicians
– Created an open registration portal for candidates and a secure admin panel for HR and medical coordinators to manage applications, filter candidates, generate reports, and organize roles and specialties
– Built the platform using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB; styled with Tailwind CSS and Angular Material to ensure responsive design and strong usability
– Led both front-end development and UI design, and implemented back-end architecture, authentication, and database modeling
